President and Founder of Bow Tie Strategies, a Leesburg, VA-based firm specializing in innovative public relations, strategic communications, and event management since 2012. He leads teams in enhancing brand visibility through social media, media relations, and community engagement, serving diverse clients from emerging to established brands. Foster also founded Events by Bow Tie in 2017 for corporate events, festivals, and concerts, and the Bow Tie Fund in 2016, a nonprofit supporting arts, education, and single-parent households via fundraising and partnerships. A Hampden-Sydney College alumnus with a BA in Political Science and minors in Public Service and Rhetoric, he holds an MA in Strategic Public Relations from George Washington University and certifications including LGBTBE and Live Independent. His prior roles include Marketing Consultant at Gray Television and Director of Development at Kappa Alpha Order. Deeply committed to community, Foster serves on boards for Visit Loudoun (Vice Chairman), Hampden-Sydney College, Loudoun Education Foundation, and YMCA (Chairman), while previously chairing Loudoun County's Family Services Advisory Board.
